Dell, Little, Trovato & Verecere, L.L.P. was founded by Joseph G. Dell, Melanie L. Little, Andrew P. Vecere and the late George C. Trovato, Jr. for the purpose of pooling their talents and decades of dedication to litigating on behalf of seriously injured plaintiffs and workers.

HISTORY OF OUR FIRM

Childhood friends from Port Washington, New York, Joseph Dell and Melanie Little joined forces in 1994 and created Dell & Little, L.L.P., a Garden City law firm focusing on personal injury litigation and product liability.

In 2009, Dell & Little, L.L.P. merged with Agruso & Trovato, LL.P. a firm concentrating in representing injured clients in connection with their claims for workers’ compensation, social security disability and disability retirement. Partners George Trovato and Andrew Vecere, also childhood friends, from Massapequa, New York merged with Dell & Little, L.L.P. to create Dell, Little, Trovato & Vecere, L.L.P., a full-service firm which allowed us to continue our representation of clients in all areas of injury law under the same roof. These areas of law include personal injury, workers’ compensation, social security disability and disability retirement with offices in Suffolk and Nassau counties.
